* ODPresentation Writer and Reader : Raise a superscript, and read one back

A baseline was written by the PowerPoint2007 Writer only, so a superscript
saved as .odp came back flat. ODF names the same raise in style:text-position,
as a percentage where the model holds thousandths of one, with the size of the
raised character a second and optional percentage left to the reader -- 58% in
LibreOffice, which is what PowerPoint draws. The reader answers the two
keywords a file written elsewhere may carry, super and sub, with the raise
PowerPoint would have written.
