* test: add unit tests for BackendAPI mutation hooks (#5072)

Test useUpdate (PATCH + json-patch headers, refetch, error propagation),
useDelete (DELETE, 404 propagation), createPostFn (POST headers/body,
refetch), and useUpsert (existing resource → PATCH, missing → POST,
onSuccess/onError callbacks).

* fix typescript errors

* test: add useDelete refetch test

* test: cover onError when patching an existing resource fails
