fix(pan-responder): clear panning when a disabled responder is released (#608)

onTerminate calls onEnd() before its disable guard; onRelease has the guard
first and onEnd() after it. AnimatedContainer sets disable = !swipeable ||
!isVisible, so a toast hidden while a finger is still down — Toast.hide() from
an AppState listener, an unmount, or a newer show() replacing it — early-returns
out of onPanResponderRelease without ever calling onEnd().

panning then stays true for the rest of the process lifetime, and useToast
short-circuits onAutoHide for every subsequent toast ("Auto hiding was blocked
due to panning"), leaving later toasts undismissable.

Hoists onEnd() above the guard so both exit paths behave the same way, and adds
the onRelease mirror of the existing onTerminate test.
