refactor(data): reduce repeated aggregation and legend updates (#4217)

- Cache visible per-index totals across data points and ordinary redraws.
  Invalidate totals on data generation and visibility changes, including
  regrouping and loading.
- Update Canvas legend contents and dimensions once per redraw, then adjust
  only its position after chart margins are computed. Preserve custom legend
  template behavior.
- Append flattened data.values() results without repeatedly copying accumulated
  arrays. Remove the unused filteredNullish cache key.
- Add regression coverage for normalized total reuse and invalidation, Canvas
  legend resizing, and custom template invocation counts.
