Run of wiswa at 4fe6a24.

The generated Ruff configuration picks up this repository's own move to
rule names. pyproject.toml drops output-prefer-rule-codes and writes its
ignore list and per-file-ignores as names; tests/pyproject.toml does the
same for extend-ignore, gains preview so those names resolve through
extend, and ignores pytest-fixture-autouse. The Claude Python rules and
the python-expert agent follow. The ignore list is re-sorted into the
order std.set produces, since `ruff check --fix` rewrote COM812 where it
stood rather than where the name belongs.

The general rules gain the dictionary entry, dict:update pins tr and
sort to LC_ALL=C, and file-contents-sorter takes .vscode/dictionary.txt,
so the script and the hook agree on byte order.

Pinned revisions move for anchore/sbom-action, flatpak-github-actions,
and cspell-action, and the PyInstaller macOS conditions re-order with
the matrix. Hook revisions move for uv-pre-commit and ruff-pre-commit.
Dependency floors move for click, commitizen, cspell, niquests,
platformdirs, ruff, and ty, with the lock files. CITATION.cff takes the
current release date.
