docs(optional-statements): record end-to-end verification

The view-creation template ("Declaring a resource view") is the first
template to use member-level optionality, published as RAJ2Ssnt... on
2026-09-07. Its action group is the hardest shape the feature supports:
grouped, group-level optional and repeatable, with a placeholder shared
by six of its eight members.

Lift the status from "end-to-end verification still pending" and record
what was exercised, plus three things worth knowing before adopting this
in another template:

- a supersede does not clear an old "void" sentinel; it round-trips into
  the now-optional field and is republished verbatim
- absence is not always distinguishable from a value, since consumers may
  substitute a default for a missing triple
- the per-member (optional) mark makes "leave empty if..." labels
  redundant, and labels must stay short because LiteralTextfieldItem uses
  them verbatim as the input placeholder
