fix: restore 5.0.0 compatibility for subclassed details, constructors and pickles

A compatibility audit of develop against 4.30.0, 5.0.0 and 5.1.0 found
one regression since 5.0.0 and two gaps around the options attribute.

- A TransactionDetails subclass with its own pattern was the way past the
  585-character cap in 4.x and 5.0.0. 5.1.0 cut its capture back to the
  cap. The legacy cap now only applies to the base pattern.
- The parser passed options=None by keyword, which a Transactions
  subclass with the 5.0.0 constructor cannot accept. The keyword is only
  passed when there are options.
- Unpickling state written by 4.x left transaction_boundary missing, so a
  later parse raised AttributeError. It is backfilled like options.
