docs: document the presence source keys and deprecate the connected-world route

`.env.default`, the README and `docs/ai-agent-context.md` describe `PRESENCE_SOURCE`,
`PULSE_URL` and `PUBLISH_PEER_WORLD_EVENTS`, all defaulting to today's behaviour, and
say which paths stay on LiveKit.

`docs/openapi.yaml` marks `/wallet/{wallet}/connected-world` deprecated: Pulse's
`GET /peers/{id}` replaces it, and it is kept for one release while unity-explorer
still calls it.
