Address remaining InspectCode findings from the previous fix

- Simplify redundant response.Content? conditional access (Content is
  never null according to the BCL's nullability annotations).
- Avoid object initializer on a 'using' variable in the pass-through
  recording test.
- Use plain <c> tags instead of a <see cref> to File.WriteAllTextAsync,
  which is ambiguous between overloads.
- Add a ReadRecordingAsync test helper mirroring WriteRecordingAsync so
  recording files are read asynchronously on net8.0 as well.
- Add an explanatory comment for the Cast<Cookie>() call in
  LocalHttpServer: it's redundant on net8.0 but required on net472,
  where CookieCollection only implements the non-generic IEnumerable.
