Avoid a superscript that the game font does not carry

The advancement title used U+2074 for a superscript four. It renders, but not
from the same place as the superscript two and three of the sibling
advancements: those live in the built-in glyph sheet, while U+2074 falls
through to the unicode fallback font and comes out thinner and taller. The
three titles read as a set, so the odd one out was visible.

The title becomes "Crafting to the Fourth", which keeps the escalation but uses
only characters the built-in font carries. It was also the only entry in the
file written as a \u escape rather than as literal UTF-8, so that is gone too.
