Rename the new part to the Enumerated Crafting Interface

Renames the part throughout, not just its display name: the part id becomes
interface_crafting_enumerated, with the class, config properties, assets,
advancement, lang keys and tests following. Nothing has been released yet, so
the id can still be aligned with the name.

The new name is as wide as the one it replaces, so it ran into the settings
button in the gui title again. The title now shrinks to fit the space before
that button, which also covers translations, whose lengths vary per locale.
Titles that already fit, such as the regular crafting interface, render
unchanged.
