* Add cucumber test for restaurant creation

* Add restaurant creation form to new restaurant page

* added address columns to restaurant table
rspec test for address field

* Refactored tests and they pass

* Created the restaurant show page

* Created restaurant.create method

* Require street, zip and town to create a restaurant

* Error handle for restaurant creation

* Pretty up cancan error handling for access denied

* Require name for restaurants

* Remove bang from merge on restaurants controller

* Restrict restaurant owners from creating new restaurants on the UI side
