Use addCleanup for test temp dirs; fix SKYBRICKS_DIR typo in test_assign

addCleanup runs even if setUp fails partway through, unlike tearDown,
so temp dirs no longer leak on a setUp error. Also fixes test_assign.py
setUp/tearDown reading/writing STUCKSKY_DIR (a typo) instead of the
real SKYBRICKS_DIR env var, so it now actually isolates SKYBRICKS_DIR
during tests as intended.
