Fix Punctuation and QuoteStyle cops for heredoc messages (#16)

Punctuation didn't detect a trailing period in heredoc messages
(the segment value includes a trailing newline), and its
autocorrection replaced the wrong source range, causing an
infinite correction loop. QuoteStyle raised NoMethodError when
autocorrecting a heredoc message, since heredocs have no
Location#begin.

Also adds spec coverage for %() and heredoc string literals across
all four cops, closing #13.
