Add MarshalJSON to Envelope and Part (#412)

* Add MarshalJSON to Envelope and Part

json.Marshal on an Envelope currently fails with "encountered a cycle via
*enmime.Part" because each child Part links back to its Parent, and the same
parts are also reachable through Attachments, Inlines and OtherParts.

Give Part a MarshalJSON that drops the Parent/FirstChild/NextSibling links so a
part serializes on its own, and give Envelope a MarshalJSON that emits the
content most callers want (headers, text and html bodies, and the flat part
lists) while leaving out Root so the whole tree isn't duplicated. Also tag the
Error fields so they serialize with sensible keys.
