Add IntegratedTunnels as a runtime dependency

IntegratedTerminals' game tests set up networks with item storage
through IntegratedCrafting's game test helpers, which reference
IntegratedTunnels' PartTypes. Those tests are registered and executed
in our game test server as well, since NeoForge 26 no longer honours
neoforge.enabledGameTestNamespaces, so runGameTestServer failed with a
NoClassDefFoundError on org.cyclops.integratedtunnels.part.PartTypes.

The version matches the one IntegratedTerminals itself uses.
