Simplify JSON de/serialization in Go (#677)

We add generic ``parseArray``/``serializeArray`` helpers for JSON list
(de)serialization, replacing per-property inlined boilerplate with
shared calls. Also wrap ``readTextAsLong``'s ``strconv.ParseInt``
error as a ``DeserializationError`` so the path is preserved.
