* resources: improve the American DJ Jolt 300 definition

Expand the colour macro channel from a bare ColorMacro preset into the
64 macros of the manual's chart, so the values are selectable and carry
a swatch instead of being an undifferentiated 0-255 range.

Set the fixture type to LED Bar (Beams). The Jolt 300 has three
independently controllable RGB sections, which the definition already
declares as three heads with a 3x1 layout, so the 3D view can draw a
beam per section rather than treating the fixture as untyped.

Add the missing Lumens and white LED colour temperature, and normalise
"LED's" to "LEDs" in the shutter capability labels.

The definition was typed LED Bar (Beams) so the 3D view would draw a
beam per section. On review of the Pulse LED BAR 320 the maintainer's
position is that a bar of this kind is a pixel bar, so use LED Bar
(Pixels) here as well: the three RGB sections are pixels of the bar,
not separate beam emitters.

The three heads and the 3x1 layout are unchanged, so the pixel
positions come out the same as the beam positions did.
