web-flowSphinx updates to prepare for wrappers release (#3301) ### Summary Round of sphinx updates, in preparation for eventual release of wrappers: * qualify references to `SamplerV2` and `EstimatorV2`, to prevent ambiguity and multiple references warnings * some syntax updates There are still some warnings left related to the clash between classes, seemingly related to `autodoc` and the use of generics. ### Details and comments f57001652 and f61f39953 temporary added the new content to the documentation - they can be used as a guidance for catching errors (ie. adding those changes, running sphinx, checking output).
