clean_broken_retention: log broken backups by name, clarify kept count

The summary line "7 live backups (of 8 in remote list)" did not say what
happened to the extra entry. Broken backups are listed in remote metadata
and are kept, not treated as orphans; now each one is logged with its name
and reason, and the summary reads "N live + M broken, all kept".
