explorer: take QFontComboBox back where the SDK has it

The previous commit dropped it outright because the deployment Qt did not
build it. It is enabled in the SDK as of the next version, and it is the
better widget of the two -- it draws each font's name in that font, which is
most of the point of picking one by name.

So: use it where the feature is on, and keep the QFontDatabase list as the
fallback, which is what QFontComboBox reads anyway. Both branches were
compiled and the suite run against each, the second by forcing the condition
off locally.

Guarded on defined(QT_FEATURE_fontcombobox) as well as QT_CONFIG, as
score/gfx/Vulkan.cpp does: QT_CONFIG on a feature the config header never
mentions is a compile error rather than a false.
