Fix crash on import: remove dead plotly.io.orca config (#81)

* fix(plotly_reporter): remove dead plotly.io.orca config that breaks import on plotly>=7

plotly 7.0.0 dropped the legacy orca image-export backend entirely, so
`plotly.io.orca` no longer exists and the module-level assignment raises
AttributeError on import, crashing every consumer (including the test suite
via conftest.py). Image export already goes through `plotly.io.write_image`,
which defaults to kaleido (already a declared dependency), so the orca
config line was dead code.

* style(plotly_reporter): reformat with black

Fixes Black check failure surfaced by touching this file in the previous
commit; module docstring didn't match current black formatting rules.

* fix(plotly_reporter): make PlotlyReporter.__init__ and draw_history_state_chart keyword-only

Silences pylint R0917 (too-many-positional-arguments, 7 > 5) by requiring
callers to pass these params by keyword. All existing call sites already
use keyword arguments, so this is not a breaking change.

* fix(plotly_reporter): make draw_test_case_by_priority and draw_history_type_chart keyword-only

pylint 3.3.9 (the version pip resolves on Python 3.9, vs 4.0.8 on 3.10+)
flags these two methods with R0917 too-many-positional-arguments (6 > 5),
which the newer pylint doesn't — an inconsistency across the CI matrix's
unpinned pylint versions. Same treatment as the previous commit: all
existing call sites already use keyword arguments, so this is not a
breaking change.
