doc: clarify input preconditions for Lookup and Contains

Document that Lookup and Contains omit hot-path input validation for performance reasons.

Callers must ensure that provided netip.Addr values do not contain IPv6
zone identifiers (ip.Zone() == "").
Passing invalid or zoned addresses results in undefined behavior (e.g., incorrect lookup
results or false negatives).

- Add performance notes to Lookup and Contains docstrings.
- Add "Input Preconditions and Performance" section to package docs.
