Export CSE machine internals for standalone embedding (#457)

Additive exports (parse, analyze/analyzeWithEnvironments, Context,
Control, Stash, generateCSEMachineStateStream, plus the BuiltinValue/
Value runtime types) off the main entry point, so an external consumer
can drive py-slang's CSE machine step-by-step as a plain library
dependency - mirroring how js-slang already exposes its own
parser/Control/Stash/generateCSEMachineStateStream.

Motivating use case: the `modules` repo's robot_simulation bundle
needs a steppable Python interpreter to give its EV3 simulator
cooperative scheduling (ev3_pause etc.), the same way it already
embeds js-slang's CSE machine for Source. See the companion draft PR
on source-academy/modules.

No existing exports changed; nothing currently deep-imports these
internals from the published package, so this is non-breaking.
