* Fix anchor resolution roundtrip issue in serialization

* Disable reordering mapping entries when no anchor is defined for a document

* Disable reordering mapping entries for single pair mappings

* Reorder mapping entries only when an alias references an anchor in a different entry

* Reduce reordering cost if not necessary

* Reduce the reordering cost to a single traversal and a linear scan

* Keep the reordering out of the hot serialization path

* Improve code coverage
