chore(ssh): set raw mode in test to fix flakiness (#6729)

## Summary
Set raw mode on the PTY returned by `vttest` to try and fix test
flakiness. We were occasionally seeing output like
`[[?2026;0$y^[[?2027;0$y·` in the expected text. Apparently this fixes
it.
