build: portable across bash 3.2 and BSD sed

Replace `shopt -s globstar` + `sed -i` with find and redirects, so the
build runs on a stock macOS shell without Homebrew bash/gnu-sed. The
cli shebang is prepended in the same redirect that rewrites imports.
Output is byte-identical.
