fix(deps): bump restify-errors to ^9.0.1 (#254)

Bumps restify-errors from ^8.0.2 to ^9.0.1, which migrated off the
legacy .cause() function in favor of the spec Error.cause property
and lowers its own Node engines floor to >=22.0.0, matching
restify-clients' own floor. Updates the three GH-147 test assertions
in test/index.js that still called err.cause() as a function to
read err.cause as a property instead.
