docs: fix leftover JS // comments (and stray semicolons) in the Python §1/§3 doc pages (#459)

docs.sourceacademy.org/python/python_1 and .../python_3 are built (via
scripts/jsdoc.sh, see .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml) from
docs/md/README_1.md and docs/md/README_3.md - these two Markdown files
still had `//`-style comments and trailing semicolons left over from
whatever JS/Source documentation this content was originally adapted
from, never updated to actual Python syntax (`#` comments, no
semicolons).

Also fixed one directly-adjacent leftover in the same paragraph:
"lists can be changed in Source §3" should read "Python §3".

Verified by actually running the jsdoc build locally (the same command
scripts/jsdoc.sh's run_jsdoc uses) against both files and confirming the
rendered index.html no longer contains a `//` comment or a stray
semicolon.
