test: strengthen non-mutation guards and keep visualizer snapshots frozen

Address the review pass on the mutability fix:

- Keep EWDVisualizer.add_step snapshots fully independent of the caller's
  graph again (dictionary round trip). Snapshotting the divisor with
  CFDivisor.copy left it on the live graph while the orientation snapshot
  used a frozen copy, so a later add_edge on the caller's graph made every
  recorded step fail to render. Document the snapshot semantics.
- Make test_maximal_firing_set use an input whose maximal legal set is a
  proper subset of V~ and assert maximality, not only legality.
- Make the Dhar repeatability test fire the first firing set before the
  second run so it detects in-place mutation of the input.
- Feed the shared indebted divisor to the gonality-game cases so their
  non-mutation assertions cover the divisor, not only the graph.
- Tighten the CHANGELOG wording, qualify a Sphinx cross-reference, and
  drop a tautological assertion and two stale test comments.
