chore(tests): skip SchemaRegistry integration test pending real registry MCP-645 (#1485)

The `atlas-streams-build` SchemaRegistry integration test hits the real
Atlas API, which validates `schemaRegistryUrls` at connection-creation
time and rejects placeholder URLs with `Invalid url.` (both
`dummy-registry.example.com` and `cloud-dev.mongodb.com` fail). Creating
a SchemaRegistry connection requires a real, reachable Confluent Schema
Registry, so this test cannot run against the test environment.

Marked it `it.skip` with a TODO referencing MCP-645; the
connection-creation logic is already covered by unit tests in
`packages/tools-atlas/src/tools/streams/build.test.ts`.
