Publish three posts and improve the Typefully publishing pipeline

Posts (2026-09-02):
- Dopamine, Debugging, and the Dopamine-Loss of AI-Assisted Coding
- Ten Years Later: Rebuilding My 2016 Neural Network in Nx and Axon
  (adds the gradient-descent viz scene + its CSS)
- Rules of Engagement for Black-Box Product Audits

Publishing pipeline:
- Typefully: X keeps its link-in-reply; LinkedIn posts as a single opener
  (the API rejects a LinkedIn thread) with the link added as a manual first
  comment
- LinkedIn long-form adapter for X-Article-style bodies
- X Article cover is the post's social card; viz/quote fences no longer get
  screenshotted as source code
- mix drafts now blocks TODO/FIXME/[Allan placeholders before publishing
