fix: warn about unrecognized option keys in development builds

toFetchParams spreads whatever remains after the library keys straight
into RequestInit, so a typo like customeHeader (or a stale key after a
rename) rides the config into fetch's blind spot with zero feedback —
fetch silently ignores it. In development (NODE_ENV !== 'production'),
each key that is neither a fetch-fun option nor a RequestInit field now
logs a console.warn naming it; production stays silent, and bundlers
that replace process.env.NODE_ENV fold the guard to false and drop the
warning path from the bundle.
