A warning that no reference work has the wording waits for the second source

A dictionary answers for headwords, and a learner's set expressions are not
headwords. Over 31 registered wordings the wikis lack sixteen, twelve of them
real — `у реду`, `водити рачуна`, `нема на чему`, `сваки дан`,
`zur Verfügung stehen`, `es geht um` among them — so three warnings in four
were false, and they fell on the everyday phrases a learner submits most.

The encyclopedia separates what the dictionary cannot: over the same 31 every
coinage occurs nought times and every real wording but one at least once. So
the entry warns only where both come back empty, which leaves one false alarm
in 31 — `иде ми се`, a colloquial clause the encyclopedia has no register for —
with all four coinages still caught. A search that never answered confirms
nothing, on the rule that silence is not an objection.

Both sources are asked before the warning appears, so the reader is shown the
empty search rather than sent to run it; the control that ran it and the
endpoint behind it go with the question they answered.
