perf(address-space): replay an image with one inflate, set initial values at creation

An image given whole is inflated once, kept as lines while its bytes live
and replayed through a synchronous iterator; the default path inflated it
three times and paid a microtask per record. The XML path applies the
records a chunk completes together. A variable whose data type is already
loaded gets its initial value when it is created instead of through a
post-load task; extension objects still wait for the data types.

Standard nodeset, best of 7 alternating: image 82 ms vs XML 149 ms (45%,
was 29%); default generateAddressSpace 98 ms vs 144 ms (32%, was 13%).
