fix: keep array-form command path intact (#33)

* fix: keep array-form command path intact

$(file, args) no longer splits `file` on spaces. Resolve on
close so stdout/stderr are complete before the promise settles.

Array form already treats the first argument as the file.

matches spawn and must not drop ''.
