fix: scope asset index cancellations to the signer that bumped the index (#491)

The Rentals contract keeps the asset index per signer, but the cancellation
job matched asset index bumps by contract and token only. Any wallet bumping
its own index for an asset cancelled the open listing of that asset's lessor.
The job now reads the signer from the subgraph event and only cancels
listings whose lessor is that signer, as the signer index branch already did.
