Upgrade to 15.3.6 to reject prototype-polluting JSON Pointer assignment tokens and add regression coverage.

BREAKING CHANGE: Node.js ^20.19.0 or >=22.12.0 is now required, and this adopts JSON Schema Ref Parser v15 behavior.
