Merge upstream nautilus/gateway into fork

Catches up with 7 upstream commits (98fa0b7..6f5cec8). The motivation is
229cdb0: before it, two services owning a shared type had to carry
byte-identical directive lists on it, so one service adding @tag to a type
another also defines failed gateway startup. That blocks the operation
directive forwarding work.

Also brings three planner correctness fixes and fc1c79a, which replaces
map[string]interface{} step results with the sync.Map backed
*execresult.Object. That refactor is most of the diff, and is why resultLock
is gone from execute.go.

Conflicts:
* execute.go: PostExecutionStepHook keeps its map[string]interface{}
  signature and is handed queryResult.ToMap(), because execresult is an
  internal package and cannot appear in exported API without breaking
  downstream implementors. Consequence: the hook now receives a copy and can
  no longer mutate a step result in place.
* execute.go: login token extraction now guards a nil step result, where
  indexing a nil map used to be a silent no-op.
