Bump the fairmat-onboarding pin to 29e0118e

This pin must match the one in the deployment (fairmat-internal-oasis),
as the comment above it says. The distro moved to 29e0118e, and the
oasis plugin-test job installs this package's pyproject constrained by
the distro's exported requirements:

  uv pip install -r pyproject.toml -c requirements.txt

Constraints do not honour the distro's [tool.uv] override-dependencies,
so the mismatch surfaced there as a hard failure:

  error: Requirements contain conflicting URLs for package
  fairmat-onboarding
