refactor(address-space): name the entry point in the last 158 specifiers

FEAT-8 converted 175 of 333 and exempted this package, because its main and
types named different modules and no single specifier suited both. FEAT-11
unified them, so the exemption's reason no longer held.

PACKAGE_ROOT_BLOCKED is now empty, and check-entry-points fails any package that
splits the two, so the situation cannot recur unnoticed.
