maxpayne: take every disc a game shipped on, and read a bare BIN

`unshield` is pointed at `data1.cab` but opens the header beside it and every later volume too, so
a cabinet split across discs only comes out whole when all of it is in one place. Max Payne 2
splits it: `data1.cab`, `data1.hdr` and `data2.cab` are on the install disc and `data3.cab` is on
the play disc, and unpacking either alone stops part way through.

`iter_archives` now takes any number of sources, gathers the parts from all of them under one
casing, and unshields once over the lot. `ras-list` and `ras-extract` take the sources as a
variadic argument, which means `ras-extract`'s globs move to a repeatable `--pattern`, there being
room for only one variadic argument in a command.

`open_image` also takes a `.bin` on its own, which it reads through the sheet beside it when there
is one and from its own sectors when there is not: a track that kept its error correction opens
each sector with a sync pattern and names its mode in the byte after the address. That is in
`dade.common`, so every game gets it.
