Add a live-test fixture for an empty class (#669)

We want to test the edge case where the meta-model consists of a
single class with no properties at all, across every code generator
and its live tests.

This revealed a string of independent bugs across the Python, C#,
Java, C++, Golang and TypeScript generators and their test
infrastructure (invalid control flow, inverted comparisons,
degenerate boolean expressions, an unused variable, a constructor
redefinition, a missing space in a constructor call, unused
imports/helpers, and a test canonicalizer that mishandled
self-closing XML root elements).

This is all fixed now.

45 of 45 new or added lines in 9 files covered. (100.0%)

30780 of 36374 relevant lines covered (84.62%)

2.54 hits per line
