test: disable net connect in unit tests (#399)

## Summary
- Unit tests mock expected requests with `nock`, but never blocked
unmatched requests from falling through to the real network.
- Adds `nock.disableNetConnect()` to `src/tests/setup.ts` so any
unmocked or mismatched request throws instead of silently hitting the
real Clockodo backend.
- Verified the full unit suite (168 tests) still passes with net connect
disabled.
