Add structural subtyping check to intermediate (#667)

We add ``Class.is_structural_subtype_of`` so that a class can be
checked against the shape of another class instead of only against
the nominal inheritance hierarchy (``Class.is_subclass_of``).

We need this check in downstream code, for example, to write
assertions in the aas-core-meta tests, where we want to verify that
two independently defined classes describe the same data without
relying on their common ancestor.
