docs(android): Fast Deployment is broken, say so (#44)

PR #42 documented `-t:Run` with Fast Deployment as the debug loop and
claimed eight seconds. The claim was wrong and the guidance would send
anybody following it into an app that will not start.

Fast Deployment does build and install, and it is fast. The 15MB APK it
produces has incomplete Material resources, and the app dies on launch
before any of our code runs:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: This component requires that you
specify a valid TextAppearance attribute. Update your app theme to
inherit from Theme.MaterialComponents (or a descendant)
    at ShellItemRenderer.OnCreateView -> CreateNavigationBar

It survives a clean obj, a forced APK reinstall and a cleared
.__override__, so it is not stale state. The same tree built with
EmbedAssembliesIntoApk=true runs perfectly, which isolates it to the
deployment mode rather than to the singular TargetFramework.

It also fails deceptively, which is how it got merged. On a handset that
already has an embedded APK installed, Fast Deployment pushes new
assemblies over the old good resources and appears to work - and the
device I proved it on had been deployed to the old way minutes earlier.
The mixed state then rots into "TypeLoadException: Could not resolve type
... in assembly TheBleedingDeacons.Intergroup.Hand.Core" on the next
deploy. Recovery is an embedded `adb install -r` plus
`run-as <pkg> rm -rf files/.__override__`, and both are written down now.

The singular TargetFramework stays. It costs nothing, changes no output
path, builds green in CI, and `-t:Run` is still usable WITH
EmbedAssembliesIntoApk=true to fold install and launch into one command
- it just buys no speed. The real win from that pass was the ABI
narrowing in #41, and the measurements table now says which of the three
rows actually works.
