Test on Python 3.14

The classifiers stopped at 3.13 and the CI matrix followed them, which is
the right way round: the matrix should test what the package claims. But
nothing had checked whether the claim could be wider. It can. The suite
passes on 3.14, and every dependency ships wheels for it well above the
floors here, so the omission was inherited rather than decided.

applyaf and arghelper already test 3.14. This is the last of the four to
say so.

The dependency floor job stays on 3.12. It is a claim about the oldest
dependency versions rather than about the interpreter, and the oldest
release of a dependency is the one least likely to have a wheel for the
newest Python.
