Use the GitHub noreply address as the author address

pyproject.toml listed a work address, which is what Author-email carries in
every built distribution and what PyPI shows on the project page. The
noreply address is the one the commits already use, and the one applyaf and
siganalysis already publish.

Only the metadata of future releases changes. PyPI never lets a version be
re-uploaded, so the address published alongside the current release stays
as it is.
