* Add CCDI MCI JSON2TSV page and update navigation

- Introduced `MCI_JSON2TSV.md` documentation with YAML front matter and Markdown body.
- Updated global header to include link to CCDI MCI JSON2TSV.
- Added route for MCI JSON2TSV in the layout component.
- Updated navigation samples to include CCDI MCI JSON2TSV link.
- Added seed fixture for MCI JSON2TSV markdown samples.

* Enhance MCI JSON2TSV functionality and update static content

- Added support for rendering nested subtopics and segments in the MCI JSON2TSV resource page.
- Updated `injectEnv.js` to point to the new static content URL.
- Enhanced `MCIJson2TsvMarkdown` and `MCIJson2TsvContentSegments` components to handle new widget types and responsive images.
- Modified parsing logic to include segments in the markdown structure.
- Updated tests to validate new functionality and ensure proper rendering of nested subtopics and segments.
