Present source type annotations as optional

Source types are detected automatically from the hypermedia controls of a
source, which covers SPARQL endpoints, TPF and QPF interfaces, and plain RDF
documents alike, so agents should just pass plain URLs. Forcing a type is
only an optimisation for when the type is already known.
